Customers are allowed to open the parcel at the time of delivery before payment

 

We do not offer 7-day return policy.


Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo & video).
No return or exchange will be accepted for:
Change of mind
Used or opened products (after acceptance)
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product verification.
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy conditions.
